Feeling rusty in maths
Since I have started playing around with programming 3D games on Android recently, I had to look up some maths a few times, and finally, I had decided that I might as well spending some time to brush up on my basic linear algebra and physics, by reading 3D Math Primer for Graphics and Game Development, and Real-Time Collision Detection.
In the process, I realized how much I have forgotten what I’ve learned in college. What a shame, since maths and physics were my favourite subjects, and I was quite good at that too.
This shows that knowledge must be strengthened through application and constant learning. Knowledge left in the cold is worth not very much, and can easily be lost.
