That’s very interesting. Developers have a certain level of cockiness, which makes it hard to work in a team, sometimes. And in my experience, most developers overestimate their ability or underestimate the difficulty of the task, and often give out unreasonable work and time estimation. Therefore, it is not a good idea to take their estimation at face value.

I’m a developer myself, I also fell into this trap many times. But I’ve learned a lot since.

Great write-up, it is very cool of you to share this experience. As you said, while reading this great post, I was smiling and nodding, saying to myself, uh huh, this sounds too familiar.

Please keep us posted about the project status. I’d like to know about the final result.

谢谢你的建议，都非常好。没关系，你要用的话，我可以发一份给你，这东西一开始就是开发来自己用的，只是顺便放到市场上，看看能不能赚个手机的钱不过，要靠这个来赚钱的几率太小了，况且Google那些家伙对ROM没有很好的规范，各厂家的差异太大，要支持那么多硬件型号和ROM版本，光硬件就得投入很多钱，还不说调试和测试时间和成本。

对于第二个建议，我个人特别不喜欢广告，浪费显示空间、浪费资源、浪费带宽、浪费用户感情，所以肯定不会有一个广告版的。

第三建议里的功能在正式版中有的，试用版已经很久没有更新了，维护两个版本太费劲。以后新的版本会完全改变，把现有的正式版改为使用版，通过购买key来使用。

第四建议还没考虑，5/1假期间会想想。

我也是做程序的，有点不好意思直接向你要。

国内的市场，现在好像还是吆喝阶段，不一定有收获。
不如和miui谈谈合作，绑定到里面，说不定还普及的快一些。

你的这个产品，我非常喜欢，应该很有市场。

我的一些建议：

1）适当增加免费版本的容量，如：50M，这样用户基数可能会
更多一些。

2）考虑多种版本，如: 免费版、付费版、广告版、注册版

3）增加文件浏览功能，打开Renzhi disk后，就可以浏览文件

4）对注册版，用Paypal/alipay支付，与手机IMEI绑定，可
以解决未开通地区的支付问题。

@wangwang，你好！

Google这些傻冒现在还不支持中国客户，也没办法。去年曾经看了一下，在国内有那些合适的市场可以放上去，但一直没有找到合适的，现在我也不知道应该放到那里。如果你知道，请给个建议。
